anLab — the Anton Nekrutenko lab at Penn State — is the birthplace of Galaxy: the open platform for accessible, reproducible, transparent computational biomedical research, built with collaborators worldwide. Current directions: pathogen & host multiomics (BRC-Analytics), agentic AI for reproducible analysis, and large-genome assembly at scale.
